The Soul of Kumbakonam

Born in the temple town of Kumbakonam, true Degree Coffee has always been about one thing: purity. The name comes from the traditional practice of using pure, unadulterated milk, tested with a lactometer to ensure its thickness and quality.

We stay true to that original recipe. We source our beans straight from Chikmagalur, roast them slowly in small batches, and blend them with chicory just the way it was done decades ago. It’s strong, it’s fresh, and it tastes just like home.
